1. How do I make an order?

You can view all the collections at the "Shopping" link in the top menu. Upon viewing each of the products, you can choose to add them to your shopping bag. A summary of the items in your shopping bag can be viewed at the "Checkout" link in the top menu. In our checkout system, you can choose to make immediate payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Either way, you will be notified of your orders via an auto-response email.

2. How do I make payment?

Upon checking out your items, you will be prompt to make immediate payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
For Bank Transfer, an auto-response email will be sent to you after you confirm your orders. In the email, you will be prompt to make payment before delivery to POSB SAVINGS 051406354.
Alternatively, you can make payment directly to our PayPal account id: lodestarxy@gmail.com

3. Do I have to pay for postages?

Local Singapore postage:

Enjoy FREE NORMAL POSTAGE on all orders always!

Registered articles are STRONGLY advised as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. As such, you can choose to send your items via registered postage at an additional S$2.25 or via Speedpost Smartpac at additional $4.20. 

For purchases above $60 or inclusive of Bow Boards, orders will be sent via Smartpac or courier service at no additional charges. 

Overseas postage: 

Please complete your checkout and we will advise postage charges according to your order size.  

4. How often are items sent out?

Orders will be shipped or posted within ONE week or earlier (except on weekends and public holidays) upon receiving payment. Please allow up to additional week during bulk purchase period. All packages are shipped through Singapore Post.

5. What is your "returns" policy?

All bows are custom made to your order hence, all sales are final. Goods sold are not exchangable or refundable.  Returns are only accepted for any errors made in construction or shipping of incorrect item as ordered.  Returns must be initialized within 7 days upon receiving order and must be returned in original packaging.  Postage or delivery costs for returns are to be borned by purchaser.

6. What is your "privacy" policy?

We respect your privacy. All information are solely used by Raining Bows for order processing.  None of your personal information will be shared to outside parties.

 7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We welcome all international orders as well! Just state the country and we will email you the quote for shipping separately. 

8. What are the different types of clips that is available?

Double prong alligator clip

This clip measures 45mm and works well on all hair types.  A favourite amongst all for it is easy to use and stays on.  We include non-slip grips on all alligator clips free of charge.  You can choose between partially-lined (more grip) or fully-lined (less grip but no metal part is exposed).  

Snap clip

Snap clips come in 30mm, 40mm and 50mm.  For infants with little hair, the 3mm snap clip is recommended as it holds even 1 strand of hair. 

French Barrette

These come in 30mm (+$0.40), 40mm (+$0.50), 60mm (+$0.60) and 80mm (+$0.80) sizes. Best used to hold thick hair or on top of ponytails.  

PonyO

Elastic ponyO is great to tie up the ponytail. Suitable for toddlers to adults. Available at additional cost of $0.50. 

Favorite Tip: Use small clear rubber bands for ponytails and then slip your favorite bow in for that perfect, last-all-day look!

9. Gift Certificates

Purchasing Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store.  You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s).  Once purchased, a Gift Certificate code will be emailed to your registered email address.  You can forward the email and code to give as a gift!

Redeeming Gift Certificates

If you receive a Gift Certificate by email, it will contain details of the sender and the Gift Certificate code. You can use it to purchase any items in our store. During check out, enter the Gift Certificate code in the Voucher code box and click on Apply. The code will be validated and if there is any excess amount needed, you will be required to select a payment method as indicated to complete your purchase.
